            Overall purpose of the job

            • To assist the Head of Leasing and Marketing on execution of marketing strategy
            • Implementation of marketing, PR, sales activities plans, execution and control

            Main responsibilities

            • Planning, directing and coordinating marketing efforts
            • Execute brand awareness plan for Shwe Taung Real Estate and our asset portfolio
            • Understand and develop marketing budget for retail and office portfolio. Including Monthly expenses and revenue report
            • Oversea advertising campaign including advertising planning and management
            • Develop digital marketing strategy and overseas it’s implementation and monitor it’s effectiveness
            • Oversea production of marketing collaterals and on site visual branding image of all projects
            • Manage third party agencies and contractors for design and production of marketing materials
            • Social media and digital content marketing strategy including project and corporate website. Strategy, manage and execution.
            • Conduct market research and identify market trend
            • Curate and execute marketing and sales activities to drive traffic and transaction for our retail malls
            • Seek and secure partnerships for branding and marketing campaigns or activities
            • Any other tasks assigned by real estate business general manager

            Competencies required

            • Strong leadership skills
            • Strong communication skills
            • Strong organization, coordination and planning skills
            • Effectively bilingual for both written and spoken English and Myanmar
            • Dynamic and driven

            Qualification and experience required

            • University Degree in Business, communication or marketing
            • At least 3 years working experience in managerial role
            • At least 3 years Real estate marketing experience – marketing, communication, PR strategy, planning, executions
            • Retail marketing/branding/PR/event experiences will be preferred
