            Job Responsibilities:

            • Responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of the POS System
            • Adhere to the cashiering duties and SOPs
            • Adhere to cash control and management policies
            • Comply with BreadTalk Service Culture and Standards
            • Handle cake orders and deliveries
            • Maintain knowledge of all products and promotions
            • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of workstation at all times
            • Assist in maintaining in-store product and visual display
            • Assist in inventory control and stocktaking
            • Handle customer feedback
            • Train and coach the CSA
            • Other duties, as assigned

            Requirements:

            • Preferably with past experience in cashiering and handling POS System in bakery, food, retail service or FMCG sector
            • Service-oriented
            • Dynamic, pleasant and cheerful personality
            • Candidates without experience may be considered
