            Job Responsibilities:

            • Responsible for day-to-day outlet operations involving sales, cashiering, staff management and customer handling
            • Achieve store sales targets, goals and objective
            • Ensure compliance of company policies, best practices and operations SOP
            • Ensure in-store display standards and guidelines are adhered to
            • Ensure outlet hygiene, cleanliness and housekeeping standards are in place and maintained at the highest level
            • Handle customer feedback
            • Assist to conduct on-the-job training to motivate and develop staff
            • Assist on HR matters to interview potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance review
            • Ensure that staffs understand and adhere to food hygiene and operational procedures.


            • Minimum 1 – 2 years of relevant outlet managerial experience, preferably in bakery, food, retail service or FMCG sector
            • Computer literacy and proficient in MS Office
            • Possess good management and strong leadership qualities
            • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
            • Possess a dynamic personality and able to lead and motivate the team
            • Eager to learn and able to acquire new knowledge and skills quickly
            • Service-oriented
            • Good analytical, organisational and problem solving skills
            • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced working environment
